I have been married to an amazing man for the last ten years. He is the greatest person I know and I simply try to keep up with him. We have two daughters who add sass and flavor to every second of our lives.

First 1.8 at 0% incline. Didn't realize I hadn't set that until I was not feeling as fatigued as usual. Moved my towel I ise to cover the display and realized. Ran last 3.2 at 3% incline. Ran most at 6.8 mph but did increase to 6.9 I think around mile 3 and then ran last mile faster.. First lap at 7.1 next at 7.3 next quarter at 7.5 last 8.5 with last hundred at 9.2. Feeling really good this morning. Starting to feel better about the race. Still super nervous. 5 weeks to go!!

Time 42:52 average pace 8:32  

Half a mile cool down.
