| | Ready to be back in the blog. My running became really infrequent and irregular over the summer and I felt silly blogging but I think I am ready to recommit. Even if it is just to myself! 4.1 on the treadmill. Ran a preprogrammed run... Mostly decent of 0.5%. Time 35:08. Glad to be back.... But what happened to my pace!!!! Slow slow slow.

| | Felt great. Ran with a couple of awesome friends. It is so great to feel better physically, emotionally, and mentally after an hour with friends. Talk about a guilt free pleasure this morning.

| | Fallen Heros 10K. Such a sad turnout for such a great race. Felt so good to be out running. Ran with a friend and honestly felt I could go farther. She is a good pacer, I tend to go out a little too fast and run out of steam. Love the fall weather. Finish 53:59

| | I am running as a part of a challenge group. A group trying to run 1000 miles in the month of September. I am not going to lie, I didn't want to run today, and if I don't run in the morning I really struggle motivating myself to go. Thanks to the extra motivator after my husband left for work I jumped on the treadmill and ran 4. First 3 at 3% incline an last at 2%. Finished in 33:43. AP: 8:25. Starting to get back into the groove. Still a long way to go.

| | 4 weak miles in the TM. Had some tummy issues (poor diet today) so had to take two stops. Ran faster but it doesn't really count when the miles are split and not just continuous. At least I got in my miles.

| | Ran four in 33:28. AP 8:30. Felt really good afterwards so decided to do a speed mile. After .25 slow jog ran last .75 at a 7:00 pace. Last .25 at 6:40. Legs felt great today.

| | Had the opportunity to run in two different running groups today. Ran 3.2 with a friend early in the morning, and then 3.6 around the greenbelt with a friend later in the morning. Both were slow easy runs pushing the stroller. So grateful for good friends. Running seriously feels physically cleansing, but doing it with good friends with positive vibes is seriously soul mending.

| | Legs felt a little fatigued today so was finding it hard to find the motivation to go out and run. Finally decided to jump on the treadmill at 6 pm. Started out thinking I would run 3ish, finished a podcast at 2 miles and so I knew I couldn't stop in the middle of a podcast, so anticipated running another two.... It was a long one so went 5 miles. I felt a little heavy legged for the first 1.5, but picked up and ended strong incline set at 3% for first four miles and then turned it down to 2% for last mile and really upped the speed last mile was a 7:20 fast for me, and felt awesome!
5 miles in 42:01, 8:24 AP

| | Felt super fatigued today. Kind of light headed. Not really sure of the reason. Funny how one day you feel like an eagle and the next like a sloth. 😔 3 miles in 25:06 AP 8:22

| | Started out running and was interrupted because of my sweet baby who needed a little bit of love. Only got 1.18 miles in. Had a crazy day and wasn't sure I would get anything else in. Mowed the lawn and got my babies to bed and went back to the old reliable TM. Was able to do another 4.32 to make an even 5.5. AP 8:20. Pretty happy with my week. Finding a new love in the way I have been running. It is awesome to run, just to run. Not thinking about a training plan, not thinking about weight loss, just thinking about running as much as I can. I love it. I may not fast, I may not be inspirational, but I am in love with running.
