I have been married to an amazing man for the last ten years. He is the greatest person I know and I simply try to keep up with him. We have two daughters who add sass and flavor to every second of our lives.

3.5 miles on the treadmill today. Struggled wth my run today. It was a strength train and 3 mile run according to my training plan. I started beach body's 21 day fix today. I think it was the total body circuit, and then came home to do my run. I definitely need to start the day with my run as that is my actual priority.  I was just totally fatigued and slow for the run, didn't feel strong at any point today. 3.0 miles in 27:35. I only did 1.31 at 3% grade and had to finish out at 2%. I did run my second to last lap at 7.3 and last lap at an 8. But had to stop and rest before I could do my cool down. I decided to do a half mile cool down because I was hoping to work out some of the soreness I am anticipating for tomorrow. First cool down lap at a 3.7 walk and last lap at a 5 mph to work out some of the acid. Feeling committed to the program right now. Hope to keep it up!
