4 miles on treadmill. First mile 3% incline and 6.7 speed last three miles at 2%incline. Ran next two miles at 6.8 speed. Last mile: first lap 7.1, second lap 7.6, third lap 8.1, last lap 8.6 for first half and last half at 9.1. Finish time 34:15. (8:34 average pace) Felt good running. Seriously hoping to break the two hour mark for the half marathon this year. Hoping my training will work! .15 cool down walk.
Also 21 day fix, total body cardio. Good strengthening workout.
