I have been married to an amazing man for the last ten years. He is the greatest person I know and I simply try to keep up with him. We have two daughters who add sass and flavor to every second of our lives.

4 treadmill miles today. Started at 6.7 and continued increasing. Ran at 2% incline in 33:31 (8:23 ap).  Felt great. I need to start running outside, but struggle with outside miles. I don't know what it is, I just feel more controlled and safe in the treadmill. Silly I know.  Going to repeat my last week miles since I wasn't able to complete my long run last week.

Also 21 day fix, total body cardio circuit.

I also like the treadmill, it's a conveyor belt of torture. It's quite a bit easier to slack off outside than on the treadmill! You are really great. I still can't get myself to run over .5 incline on the treadmill. It makes me cry.

That is funny Tara. I only do the incline to try to trick myself into thinking it will make it easier to run outside... I still have this mental wall block about running outside. I will get there.... I hope!
