I have been married to an amazing man for the last ten years. He is the greatest person I know and I simply try to keep up with him. We have two daughters who add sass and flavor to every second of our lives.

I have been running consistently lately in the 3-5 mile range. I decided I wanted to get back on the blog and keep up with my miles a little more. I wasn't sure I wanted to do another half marathon again after I had completed my goal of three last year. I have a hard time making the time for the longer runs. I did great running on the treadmill, but I seriously struggle with outside long runs. Go figure? 😳

But I think I like having that goal. That sense of working toward something. I am grateful I found some running buddies for my midweek  training runs. Awesome girls who make me feel better spiritually, emotionally, and obviously physically. Running is such an awesome sport for mind and body. So grateful to be physically able to participate and grateful to have a love for it.
