I have been married to an amazing man for the last ten years. He is the greatest person I know and I simply try to keep up with him. We have two daughters who add sass and flavor to every second of our lives.

Felt so good to run today. Took a week off, I have been having some knee pain that was getting worse so just took a week to nurse it. Feeling fantastic today. Ran five on the TM. Started at 6.8 mph and 3% incline for 1.5 miles. Next mile upped incline to 6%. Felt stron until last quarter but finished. Next 1.5 miles at 0 elevation and turned up speed to 7.1. Last mile at 3% incline speed at 7.5 for half a mile then 8 for a quarter. 8.5 for a 200 meter and 9 for last 200 meters. Definitely feeling fatigued. Amazing how quickly your fitness levels decline. Ran 1.2 mile cool down outside with my four year old. That girl amazes me. She is doing the kids marathon in SLC (.8 miles) next month and she is definitely ready!!
