I have been married to an amazing man for the last ten years. He is the greatest person I know and I simply try to keep up with him. We have two daughters who add sass and flavor to every second of our lives.

Ran outside this brisk morning. So glad I went out early because the wind is really starting to pick up. Wanted to push my pace a little bit and felt good. Ran 4 miles in 31:32 (7:52 ap). Fastest time this season. Ran .3 cool down. My training plan only calls for 4 mile daily runs but I am thinking I am going to try to increase these to 5-6. Just to try to push my legs a little more and increase my endurance a bit. So technically Wednesday is supposed to be the tempo run and today was an easy run, I switched them. Tempo today, longer run on Wednesday.
