Personal:

I have been married to an amazing man for the last ten years. He is the greatest person I know and I simply try to keep up with him. We have two daughters who add sass and flavor to every second of our lives.

Woohoo!!! 5 miles on the treadmill. So excited!! Slower pace but felt great and honestly felt like I could keep going. Such a great feeling! Did take a 3 minute break right after the first mile at 3% incline and 6.5 mph. My daughter woke up, so I just got a pacifier and put her my bed and she went right back to sleep (thank heavens!!). Ran last 4 at 6.4 mph and 2% incline.  Put in a good push the last .5 mile. Finished in 46:30. .25 cool down to keep legs going. Sorry, but it was just a good running day. I know I am still not competitve endurance or speed wise, but still.... It just felt so dang good.

Also lower leg fix from 21 Day Fix  wow... My legs are feeling about like lead weights, but feeling pretty good about these one ton ers  haha
