I have been married to an amazing man for the last ten years. He is the greatest person I know and I simply try to keep up with him. We have two daughters who add sass and flavor to every second of our lives.

3% incline but 9 minute miles.  Treadmill miles.  35:56.

Felt so good today. Started at a 6.8 and 2% incline. Ran one mile. Next mile at a 4% incline. Mile three increased to 6.9 speed and went back to a 2% incline. Mile four maintained speed and went up to 4% incline. Last mile dropped to 1% incline and increased speed to 7.3 for first half then 7.5 for a quarter, 8.0 for 200, 8.5 for 100 and 9.8 for last hundred yards.  .2 mile cooldown at 5 speed. 

Needed a good run again! Finished in 43:05 (8:37 ap).

Treadmill miles. Listened to a couple of episodes from the podcast serial. Loving that!! Haven't ever listened to a podcast before. Seriously passes the time! Ran it in 96:23. (8:45 ap). So excited that my pace goal is looking very possible!! Race fees go up on Sunday so I think I am going to sign up tomorrow and commit. I wanted to get a double digit run in before I committed... And I finally got it!! Hooray!! 🎉😃

Ran first 6 at 2.5% incline and 6.8 speed. Ran mile 7 at 1.5% incline and 6.9 speed. Half a mile at 3.5%incline and 6.7 speed. Next 1.5 miles at 2% incline and 6.7 speed.  Last 2 miles at 1% incline. Mile 9-10 at 6.8 speed. Mile 10-10.5 speed  7. Next quart at 7.5, 200 meters at 8. 100 meters at 8.5. 100 meters at 9.5. Walk tenth for a cool down.
